Descriptions

SODO Supportive Health Outreach Foundation provides community outreach services designed to meet people where they are. Our outreach work focuses on health education, prevention awareness, testing resources, care linkage, and support for individuals and families throughout Orlando and Central Florida.
We understand that many people face barriers when trying to access healthcare information or support. These barriers may include lack of transportation, financial hardship, limited insurance, language barriers, fear, stigma, or simply not knowing where to begin. Through outreach, SSHOF helps reduce those barriers by bringing reliable health information and resources directly into the community.
